1. Rules in respect of refund of fees are as under:
0.2659 (a) All fees paid by a student at the time
of admission shall be refunded to him/her after deduction of Rs.10/-
(Rupees Ten only) as administrative charges, if the student informs
the Principal of the college, institution, in writing. before the
date of commencement of the term, that he/she desires to cancel his/her
admission. (b) If a student informs the Principal
of the college/institution, in writing within 30 days from the date
of the commencement of the term that he/she desires to cancel his/her
admission.
all fees shall be refunded to him/her after deduction of Rs.30/ -
(Rupees Thirty only) as administrative charges. 0.2859
(A) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall
be refunded to him/ her after deducting Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only)
as administrative charges provided : (i) At
the time of applying for admission, he/she intimates in writing, that
he/she also applied or intends to apply for admission to one or more
of the professional colleges or institutions or departments afiliated
to this University which impart instruction for degree courses in
Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Physio Theraphy, Technology,
Medicine, Dentistry, Ayurveda, Unani Medicine, Homoepathy, Painting,
Commercial Art, Home Science and course conducted by the National
Defence Academy or Indian Institutes of Technology or Regional Colleges
of Engineering; and (ii) He/she withdraws his/her
application, in writing, within seven days from the date of his/her
admission to a professional college or a course mentioned in (i) above,
but not later than 31 st August of the same academic
year, in such cases it shall be binding on the student to produce
documentary proof of his/her being admitted to the professional course.
0.2859 (B) All fees paid by a student at the
time of admission shall be refunded to him/her after deducting Rs.
250/- (Rupees Two Hundered Fifty only) or all prescribed fees, whichever
is less as administrative charges provided: (i)
at the time of applying for admission, he/she intimates in writing
, that he/she has also applied or intends to apply for admission to
one or more of the professional colleges or institutions or departments
afiliated to this University which impart instruction for degree
Courses in Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Physio Theraphy, Occupational
Theraphy, Audiology & Speech Theraphy, Technology, Medicine, Dentistry,
Ayurveda, Unani Medicine, Homoepathy, Painting, Commercial Art, Home
Science and course conducted by the National Defence Academy or Indian
Institutes of Technology or Regional Colleges of Engineering; and
(ii) He/she withdraws his/her application, in
writing, within seven days from the date of his/her admission to a
professional college or a course mentioned in (i) above, but
not later than 30th September of the same academic year,
in such cases it shall be binding on the student to produce documentary
proof of his / her being admitted to the professional course.
2. All cases which do not fall under 1 above shall
be within the discretion of the Principal. 3.
If the last day of submission of application for the refund of fees
falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the next day shall be deemed
to the last day for the purpose. 4. Identity
Card and the Reader's Tickets, if issued, and the Fees Receipt shall
be surrendered along with the application for discontinuation and
refund of fees. |
