Paper-I : Foundation Course
Paper-II to VII : Two units in each of the three Science subjects
offered at F.Y.B.Sc. class. Following are the subject combinations
available:-

Each unit of an experimental subject will carry one paper of 60
marks and one practical examination of 40 marks. Each unit of
non-experimental subject will carry one paper of 100 marks.
Important Note:
The subject of microbiology is given strictly on the basis of
merit decided by the marks obtained in P-C-B at H.S.C.
examination.
Only those students who fill in the Enrollment form will be considered
for the subject of Microbiology. (Total 700 marks -
each paper of 100 marks)
Paper-I - Foundation Course-II
Paper-II - Three units in each of the two Science subjects offered
at S.Y.B.Sc. class
Each unit of an experimental subject will carry one paper of 75
marks and one practical examination of 25 marks. Each unit of
non-experimental subject will carry one paper of 100 marks.
A student may opt for any one of the following groups depending
on the subject combination offered at F.Y.B.Sc. level:-

Paper-I to IV - Four Theory papers on the Major subject offered
by the student (each paper of 100 marks)
Paper-V & VI - Two papers of a subject under the Applied Component
Group (each paper containing Theory of 60 marks & Practical
of 40 marks)
Practicals - Four Practicals (each practical of 50 marks)
A student is required to select any of the following subjects
as his/her Major subject. The Major subject shall be one of the
science subjects offered by the student in the S.Y.B.Sc. class.

Important Note:
Provision for teaching various subjects under the Applied Component
Group depends upon the availability of a minimum number of 24
students offering that subject. In case, minimum number is not
available, the student will be required to change the subject
in conformity with the scheme to be notified later.
Practical Examination in Applied Component Group subjects at the
Third year will be conducted by the University and that the marks
obtained in the Applied Component Group subjects (Theory &
Practicals) will be taken into account for award of class.
