1. Students are requested to pay Rs. 20/- each
to Students' Mutual Aid Fund.
2. The fees can be paid in cash only.
3. Admission Fee, Library and Laboratory Deposits
are to be paid once at the time of getting admission for the first
rime. Only Deposits are refundable.
4. Deposits will be returned to the student, if
not forfeited for any reason, when he/she ceases to be a student.
Prescribed forms for the withdrawal of the deposits will be available
in the College office (Students admitted to the First Year Class
in 2003 should claim their amount of Deposits on or before 31st
December 2004, failing which they will forfeit the same.)
5. Students belonging to the Scheduled Caste/Tribes,
the EBC and those who are children of the Primary School Teachers
Freedom fighters, S.S.C.D.Ed. Teachers, Ex-servicemen are not required
to pay Tuition, Admission, Term and Laboratory fees at the time
of admission to the college provided they submit documentary evidence
to the effect. They are required to apply for scholarship/free-studentship
as per dates prescribed by the Principal, failing which they will
have to pay full fees.
6. A girl student who is not a repeater and who
submits a declaration in the prescribed proforma is eligible for
getting facility for Free Education. Hence an eligible girl student
shall not have to pay Tuition fee. Admission Fee, Term Fee and Laboratory
Fee.
7. Fee for both the Terms can be accepted at the
time of granting admission to the concerned class.

1. If a student informs the college, in writing before
the commencement of the academic year that he wants to withdraw and
he cannot continue his education in the college for any reason, the
college will refund, in full, the tuition fee, term fee, laboratory
fee, library deposit and laboratory deposit actually recovered from
the student. The admission fee will not be refunded. So far as the
F.Y.J.C. Classes are concerned, the academic year shall be deemed
to have commenced from the eighth working day (i.e. excluding Sunday
and Public Holidays) from and including the day of declaration of
S.S.C.E. Results. 2. If a student desires to
withdraw and applies for refund of fees after the commencement of
the academic year, the college, will retain the admission fee, term
fee and laboratory deposits will however, be refunded. As far the
tuition fee is concerned, the college will retain the tuition fee
only for month(s) beginning from the month in which the academic year
had commenced and ending with the month in which the student had applied
for withdrawal and refund of fees. The tuition fee for the remaining
months of the terms will be refunded. 3. A student
applying for discontinuation and refund of fees shall surrender the
Identity Card and the Reader's Ticket, if issued to him and the fee
receipt along with his application. |
