A student who secures a rank in the Merit List of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination held in the first half of the year is awarded a Special Prize of the value of Rs.250/- 2. A student who secures first rank in a subject in the Merit List of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination held in the first half of the year is awarded Special Prize of the value of Rs. 200/- 3. Three Prizes each of the value of Rs. 250/-, Rs. 200/- and Rs. 150/- are awarded to students in Arts, Science and Commerce Streams, separately, who pass the First Year Examination of the Junior College and secure the highest, the second highest and the third highest number of marks, respectively, from among the successful students who appeared at the examinations from this college and prosecute their studies in Sathaye College in the Second Year of the Junior College in Arts, Science or Commerce as the case may be. 4. A prize of the value of Rs. 200/- is awarded to the student who passes the H.S.C. Examination in the first half of the year with the highest number of marks in the Commerce Stream from among the successful students who appeared at the examination from the college and prosecutes his/her studies in the F.Y.B.Com. class in Sathaye College. 5.
